FC Corporate Documents 

Our automated Corporate Document service provides access to suite based, extensive automation using our best-in-class precedents. The precedent bank covers corporate actions and transactions such as share sales and acquisitions and various share reorganisation actions such as share buybacks and solvency statement reductions. The service also allows firms to preview and download documents in their house-style.  

The session will introduce the platform, explain how to use the automation, cover all functionality and user admin matters, and highlight the key benefits of automation. 
To register for any of these demos, please add:
  • the area of interest and date, and
  • the email address of the user attending (if you wish to register someone other than yourself).
